A member of the famed Kennedy family, Tatiana Schlossberg, died on Tuesday after a November disclosure of a uncommon blood cancer diagnosis.
The Kennedy Library Confirm the Loss
News of her death was confirmed in a public statement by the Kennedy Presidential Library.
“Tatiana passed away this morning. She will always be in our hearts.”
Insight into the Condition
As detailed in a recently published piece late last year, she disclosed that she had been found to have AML, a form of leukemia with a rare mutation.
Acute myeloid leukemia is a cancer that affects the bone marrow and blood cells.
