The British boxer will face Jake Paul in an eight round contest which will be streamed live on Netflix.
Briton Joshua stated he will "overwhelm entirely" the American and "defeat" his opponent as the two fighters came face-to-face to build hype for next month's boxing match.
Former twice world title holder Joshua meets social media star turned fighter Jake Paul - in what is, on paper, a huge disparity - at Miami's venue on December 19th.
Fighter's Attitude
"I'm going to injure his face and damage his physique. My goal is to show I'm the better fighter," the British boxer, 35, stated.
"I will dominate him completely. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I'm going to seriously aim to injure him. That's what I want to do."
Civil Exchange
In spite of these statements, a calm Joshua and social media star Paul - normally known for his dramatics - shared friendly words and remained civil with each other.
Paul instead attacked former Joshua rival the Cameroonian fighter and described him as "not serious" after the Cameroonian rejected a fight offer.
Targeting Tyson Fury
Anthony Joshua, in the meantime, targeted UK rival Tyson Fury - and rejected a million-pound wager 'The Gypsy King' says he will place on a Paul victory.
"[Paul] outshines Fury - he showed up," the boxer commented.
"I give him credit for that."
Legitimate Opponent
Despite stating he plans to damage his opponent, Joshua chose not to comment unfavorably about his opponent's fighting skills.
"Jake is a credible opponent," he remarked.
Paul's History
Paul - who initially became famous on the Disney Channel - has mostly fought MMA fighters or past-their-prime fighters since entering professional boxing.
He was defeated by British fighter Tommy Fury in last year.
Financial Attraction
Nevertheless, the relative newcomer continues to be one of the sport's greatest financial successes, regularly earning substantial earnings.
Forecast and Confidence
The 28-year-old forecast a knockout win in round four or five and claimed he would derail the long-awaited Fury-Joshua bout, which is reportedly being planned for 2026.
"It's going to be myself against Tyson Fury in the coming year," Jake Paul said.
Size Disparity
As Joshua and Paul engaged in the traditional confrontation, with their size difference on show, it highlighted just how improbable this whole event is - and how remarkable it is that the fight is really going ahead.
